Digital X-Ray Skeletal x-rays are acquired by utilizing the second generation of A2D2 DR (direct radiography) digital x-ray system.
X-rays pass through a patient to energize a digital scintillator receptor. This energy is then converted to light. This light is then captured by the CCD chip of a high resolution camera. The image data from the camera is assimilated by the system software. The image is displayed on a high resolution monitor in seconds.
